This is my homework about the reading," strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde," written by Robert Louis Stevenson and edited by Katherine Linehan.
The first impression about Dr. Jekyll is his profession with many title such as M.D., D.C.L., LL.D., F.R.S, which give me a feeling that he's a wise great doctor with great credibility about his profession. He look young as his age of fifty with clean face and the kindness give me the sense of an organize person. According to the article," a close observer might have gathered that the topic was distasteful; but the doctor carried it off gaily," shows me that Dr. Jekyll is very calm and kind to answer such question he dislike; however, his mood change quickly when the topic touch him for the sense of fear " the large handsome face of Dr. Jekyll grew pale to be very lips and there cam a blackness about his eye."
Mr. Hyde give me a feeling that he's a very aggressive person " the look of him", " cried," " flush of anger," and " shrank back with a hissing intake of the breath." As I reading about Mr. Hyde appear at the street, I feel like he appear from the darkness and give people a scary feel toward him. He doesn't like to talk to people or perhaps he doesn't like to get interact with other people. He said" this is my name, what do you want?" very straight forward question that he just want to get in the house quickly, and he ignores to show his face " without looking up."
